What is freedom?

Most people think that just because we live in the United States that  we are free. I am going to upset a few and inspire a few of those people with this post.

I define Freedom (even in this great country) as having at least 2 things.
1. Time Freedom
2. Financial Freedom
If you do not have at least these 2 things how can you be free?

Lets start with Time Freedom.

Without it Ask your self who tells you when you have to get up in the morning, usually five days a week? Who tells you when you have to go to bed, to get the amount of sleep you need? Who tells you when you can spend time with friends? Who tells you when you take a vacation? Who tells, that is enough I think you get my point.
Now for those of you I have already offended, and your saying " yeah but," you may want stop the yeah but will not get you where you dream of being. FREE  How can you call yourself free if someone else is telling you what, where, when, you can do the things you want. Granted you may need that J.O.B. right now but are you doing anything to get you to the point where you dont need it. (get paid for results not time)

Now to my Favorite Financial Freedom

Who tells you how much you are worth? Who tells you you can not afford something you want? Who tells you, you can't go where and when you want?  Again I think you get the point. There are very few jobs that can allow you to have financial freedom. How ever usually those same jobs that provide those few people with financial freedom, take away the time freedom aspect.

Are you really free without both Time Freedom and Financial Freedom?

So to be able to enjoy both Time freedom and Financial freedom you have to actively search for a tool or business to get you there. I will let you know that if you are searching for both, just a small business where you have just created yourself a job is not the type of business you want. If starting a business is your way to achieve Freedom, you need to start with the end in mind. The Emyth is a good book that will show you how to work on your business not in your business. Also I would suggest you take a look into network marketing. The beautiful thing about network marketing is that it allows you to get started for just a few hundred bucks. That is a business that anybody can afford to start. You build with sweat equity and if you have partnered with the right company you can eventually sit back and watch your business grow without much effort on your part.
